This Refund Policy applies to all services and products provided by Go Foxir Agency (operating as PeopleWorks.ai and Sara Software). By making a payment to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.
1. PeopleWorks HR Outsourcing Services
All payments made for HR outsourcing services are non-refundable. These payments cover services rendered on a monthly retainer basis, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll processing, employee management, and advisory services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing sixty (60) days written notice. Upon proper termination:
All outstanding invoices must be settled in full up to the final day of service.
Any security deposit held by PeopleWorks will be offset against the final invoice.
Any remaining balance after offset will be refunded to the client within fourteen (14) working days.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, nor for the notice period during which services continue to be provided.
2. Sara Software and Credits
Sara Software operates on a prepaid credit and subscription model. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree that:
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased and loaded into your account.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
- Unused credits remain valid in your account and do not expire, but cannot be converted to cash or refunded under any circumstances.
- Consumed credits (used for AI processing, recruitment, assessments, or any platform feature) are final and non-refundable.
Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds for Sara Software purchases will only be considered within seven (7) days of the transaction date, and strictly under the following circumstances: - Duplicate Payment — Where a technical error on our payment gateway caused the same transaction to be charged more than once.
- Unauthorised Transaction — Where a transaction is confirmed to be fraudulent through investigation by us, the payment gateway, or the issuing bank.
- Service Provisioning Failure — Where Sara Software is unable to provision your account due to a verified system fault on our end, and the issue cannot be resolved within fourteen (14) working days from the date of payment.
Refunds will not be granted for: - Change of mind
- Failure to use the service within the validity period
- Dissatisfaction with output quality where the service was delivered as specified
- Misuse of credits or subscription features
- Any reason outside the three circumstances listed above
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the limited eligibility above:
Submit a written request to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the transaction.
Include your full name, registered account email, transaction ID, payment date, and the specific reason for the refund request.
Provide supporting documentation (bank statement, screenshots, error logs) where applicable.
We will review and respond to your request within seven (7) working days. If approved, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days to the original payment method.
Processing times by your bank or card issuer may add additional days beyond our control.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us through the refund request process above will be treated as a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that initiates a chargeback in bad faith, and to recover any associated costs through legal means.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
